Delivery options
The package will be delivered at the delivery address indicated by you or will be delivered to the Rijksweg 482 in Dilsen Stokkem, after which you can pick up the package.
If you are not at home, the attempt is repeated twice for delivery. If this does not work, the package will eventually be delivered to Dilsen Stokkem,
where you can pick up the package yourself.
To deliver
Your order will be delivered to the designated delivery address within 48 hours from the order date.
Status of your order
This will be confirmed by e-mail, in which you will be kept informed about the status of your order at the time of processing.

You may also pick up the package yourself:

Between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm from Mon to Fri.
